Ron Pagliuca – Operations Manager

Ron has been the Operations Manager since 2003. He previously served as a foreman in the field managing crews. Ron’s experience in the painting industry began when he was 15 years old spending summers working as a painter and learning the trade.

Ron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (and two minors in Art History and Studio Art) from the University of Scranton. He brings a strong customer service background from working at such companies as Gillette, American Honda and Marriott Hotels. Ron currently resides in the South Shore with his wife.
