BobRobert F. Wilder
President/ Owner

Bob has over 35 years of experience in the painting industry.  He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business.  He takes pride in working closely with his management team ensuring that they are successful in meeting their objectives.

Bob’s career began as a painter at a young age working with his father and learning the industry.  He has always been focused on exceeding expectations and maintaining positive relationships with all of his clients and associates. The customer has always come first for Bob and he has built his business around this concept.  In addition to working on business development, he is constantly working with his team ensuring that customer needs are being met.


Ron PRon Pagliuca
Vice President/Operations Manager

Ron manages the daily operations of the business. His responsibilities include estimating, project management, sales, and marketing.  He grew up in the industry spending summers as a boy painting for Wilder.  He then served as a foreman managing crews in the field.

Ron earned a BA in Communications from the University of Scranton. He has a strong customer service and management background from working at such companies as The Gillette Company, American Honda, and Marriott Hotels.



Ed VEduardo Vasquez
Senior Project Manager

Ed has been with Wilder for 20 years. Prior to becoming a project manager, he spent several years as a painter and eventually a foreman gaining valuable experience in the field.  Currently, Ed is responsible for managing some of Wilder’s larger clients such as Boston University. Ed has his Massachusetts Builders License.





Victor VVictor Vasquez
Project Manager

Victor moved from Chile to the United States in early 2000. In 2004 he began working at Wilder as a painter. There he acquired the ‘tools of the trade’ and eventually was promoted to Foreman managing and training crews in the field. Over the years, he’s built positive relationships with many of Wilder’s customers.  In 2021, he joined the management team as Project Manager.




Helen Shruhan
Office Manager

Helen Shruhan joined Wilder Painting Contractors, Inc. in November 2017 to offer administrative support to the management team.  She brings a strong administrative background combined with energy and a positive attitude.  Helen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Suffolk University and has over 20 years experience as an Executive Assistant.  Prior to coming to Wilder Painting, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator for a medical device company. 

Helen is an avid, amateur chef, and baker.  Her greatest joy, though, is her family which consists of her husband, two step-sons, and her beloved grandson.


Michelle FMichelle Frantz

Michelle joined Wilder Painting Contractors, Inc. in November 2018 as the Controller.  In this position, she is responsible for the accounting department.  She has 25+ years experience as an independent bookkeeper and has owned 2 businesses of her own.





Andrea Griffin Holmes
Administrative Assistant

Andrea Griffin Holmes joined Wilder Painting Contractors, Inc. in November 2018 to offer administrative support to the management team. She brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to everything she touches. Andrea earned two degrees from Suffolk University.

She came to Wilder Painting Contractors, Inc. with over 20 years of extensive volunteer and teaching experience within the Braintree Public School system.

Andrea’s priority has always been her family which consists of her husband and four children. 
Some of her passions include traveling extensively, reading, and relaxing at her family cottage on Cape Cod.
